• Accommodation during the event. Check-in: October 20th at 2pm (Local time), Check-out: October 25th at 12pm (Local time)
• Open buffet meals and which are provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as, snack bars in between meals and A la Carte restaurant options.
• Drinks are also included and available 24 hours, and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast in the main restaurant.
• The resort features such as outdoor pools, water slides, and beach access and a well-equipped fitness center is available  

Sharing Rooms:
If you plan to share a room, please arrange payment directly with your roommate. This one time payment is for the entire room. [added text]

Cancelation policy:
All room reservations are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your reserved space, we will issue a refund of 90% of the room price.
